Can I return it if he doesn't like it?

Toolkit (cards only): yes — 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Return unused for a full refund. Engraved Case: because each case is engraved with a specific name, engraved cases are non-returnable. Cards within an engraved-case order can still be returned within 30 days.
